How we started
All good stories start with a real problem.
While working as an employee at a software development company, our founder Maxim Menshikov faced a serious issue with a driver developed by a well-known vendor.
A lot of time and effort had been put into finding a fix for that problem, but the solution remained out of reach.
What Maxim did was write his own highly specialized static analyzer that enumerated all possible execution paths where the problem could occur - and helped identify and fix it.
The product was successfully completed and released worldwide.
That was when Maxim realized this approach could become something bigger: a tool that could solve the kinds of problems developers face every day.
The core was written from scratch, with a strong focus on high performance, stability, and quality.
Delta was created as a result of Maxim's years of experience in groundbreaking security research across various platforms, including Linux, Windows Mobile, and Windows Phone.
This time, we offer no compromises.
We want engineering teams to benefit from advanced testing frameworks, sophisticated mathematics, and low-level reverse engineering knowledge - brought together in the form of Midair.
